Jiu Jitsu is all about solving problems that are rapidly changing under stress, and that gives you an ability to identify the crux of the problem in front of you, even in a stressful situation and adapt your body and tactics to overcome that problem and to continue overcoming it as the problem itself changes.
It encourages you to use a very rational trial and error method, basically the same method that science uses to overcome these problems. So it gives you this sort of problem solving mindset, which I think applies throughout life itself."

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Most products are delivered 72 hours after the order has been placed and confirmed, but this is subject to change.
Average Shipping Times
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● Australia: 3–4 business days
● USA: 3–4 business days
● United Kingdom: 3–4 business days
● Canada: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 3–7 business days
● International: 7–21 business days
Shipping Information
Providing correct shipping information will ensure that the orders are delivered smoothly. Please bear in mind the following:
Shipping addresses for China, Russia, Japan, and South Korea must be added in the local language due to shipping partners' requirements. For some fields, a limited number of Latin characters is allowed.
The fields have a character limit (different for each field) - this is due to shipping partners' requirements. It is not possible to exceed the limit because this would not fit on the shipping label.

For most countries you can choose between Standard/Economy and Express shipping:
Standard/Economy is the standard delivery service. The delivery time for domestic standard packages is usually between 2-4 days.
Express Shipping is processed with priority by the shipping company and delivery is expedited. When delivery time is critical, we recommend opting for Express delivery.
